Calvin Trillin (born Kansas City, Missouri, December 5, 1935) is a Jewish-American journalist, humorist, and novelist. He is peradventure known better for his writings all about food & feeding, however he has likewise written lot good journalism, comic verse, & many books of fiction.
Trillinside attended public schools in Kansas City & went in to Yale University, where he served when chairwoman of the Yale Daily News and became a member of Scroll and Key before graduating in 1957. Fallowing the stint in the U.S. Army, he worked as a reporter for Time magazine before joining the staff of The New Yorker in 1963. His coverage for The Up to date Yorker on the racial integration of the University of Georgia was published in his number one book, An Education around Georgia.
